I pre-ordered and had to wait 40 minutes just waited for 12 cookies. The staff didn't even wear the mask properly. Only the cookies were delicious.

Very well organized, delicious as usual.
Seldom experienced such bad service. First of all, the delivery times (orders over 1 hour, complaints another hour. Ordered at 1.30 p.m., eaten at 4 p.m.) are unacceptable. Complaints are dealt with underground. First you look for the blame for an incorrect transmission via Lieferando, then the customer entered something wrong. Zero insight, no customer service. Not everyone should offer a delivery service.
Tasty but not cheap.
ordered via Lieferando - after 2 !! There was no meal for hours - according to the phone. When asked, the supplier hadn't even set off - at 9:00 p.m. we lost our appetite - unfortunately I paid online, I hope I get the money back. In no case to be recommended - it should actually be minus 5 stars !!!!!
Unfortunately, nothing to eat, neither in the shop or on the phone, nor over the Internet, Subway apparently doesn't need any more money, then ordered us pizza, they were happy about the 35 €.
IT WAS CLOSED !!!! THANK YOU GOVERNMENT !!! WHY BECAUSE SUBWAY ????? IT JUST HAS NO SENSE !!! Otherwise always tippi toppi the little shop!

nice MA, fast service important ON SITE Don't order on their site, because you pay and nothing comes. Have done this shcon2 times and there was never a delivery and the money was gone, luckily there is PayPal protection and we were able to claim the money back. The shop is relatively clean but the food tastes good
Today I had to watch shockingly that the staff cashed in with gloves and continued to fill sandwiches without changing gloves. This is hygienically absurd, not just in times of corona! Unfortunately, that disappointed me very much today, one can only hope that it was an exception. Of course, I made the gentleman aware of his wrongdoing, but he did not seem interested.
The store is open until 11 p.m. and at 5 p.m. you are told that there is no more bread for today ... (28.10.2020)
Eating at Subway again for a long time ... delicious as always
Always tasty, actually, Subway. Unfortunately, staff is sometimes a bit slow.
When entering the shop, 2 customers were just finished with their orders and 1 customer in front of me. No greeting from the employees (1 young man, 1 young woman), the bread cupboard was completely empty, everything in the car (where the bread is stored to cool down), both employees very listless and unmotivated. So far so well, my sub was occupied ... The young woman only made the sauce up to halfway, when asked to add the sauce at the end, she pointed out to me unfriendly that the sauce would spread by itself when folded but if I want everything full of sauce, she would like to do that. I asked her to add a SMALL dab on the last half of the subs, overdoing it with 3 additional BOLD strips, so it is perfectly clear that the sub is mushy and the sauce is running out. As a former employee of another subway store, I was quite angry about the reception and the way I was treated as a customer. Even if the day was stressful and warm, you don't talk to customers! The boss should have a first word about friendliness and dealing with customer requests with the young employees !!!!!!!!!
Went with some friends to eat at KFC first. Unfortunately I didn't have a mask with me, so the t-shirt was tied tightly around my face. Only the eyes could be seen. No problem. Then briefly wanted to get cookies except for me 2 customers in the store ... The distance was more than guaranteed and the replacement mask was still intact. The guy rudely kicked me out of Sher
Unfriendly sub badly occupied. The one in Gladbach is better
Beverage machine in 3rd from 4th shop broken. Student menu and sub of the day menu is therefore not possible. That means: the customer has to pay more because of the errors in the store. In addition staff unfriendly.
Nice service, short waiting time, large selection. Prices for large baguettes a bit high. Definitely worth a visit.
Clean, renovated and easy to park
The worst sandwich shop I have ever visited. The staff is unfriendly and does not even bother to speak a language other than German. They forced us to take cookies while we didn't want this. That was supposedly part of the menu, but they charge everything separately .... Not worth repeating. They get 1 point for the tasty sandwiches.
Solid replication of American chain experience. Similar local specials, clean with small number of tables.
